Butyl self-adhesive composite waterproof sheet

This refers to a method of attaching a waterproof sheet to a waterproofing agent using raw material adhesion without the use of flame heating such as a blowtorch or adhesive solvent. The currently used waterproof film contains protective materials such as high-density PE, synthetic aluminum and non-woven fabrics to protect the waterproofing agent on the surface of the butyl self-adhesive material. Thanks to its high resistance, it is particularly suitable for waterproofing top floor constructions and external walls of buildings.

2.      Excellent heat and cold resistance: There are no shape change at all from the low temperature of -30°C to the high temperature of 150°, so there is no lifting phenomenon.

 

3.      Excellent durability: It hardly changes its physical properties over time and has excellent ozone resistance, maintenance-free.

 

4.      Water tightness: The sheet itself has strong resistance to external water pressure applied to the sheet, so it has excellent water tightness.

 

5.      Crack resistance: It has excellent stability against cracks and flows because it has excellent performance against cracking or flow of sheets due to temperature changes of below zero or above.

 

6.      Construction stability: By solving the problem of the possibility of warping at different stages of the construction process of the existing waterproofing, we ensured the stability of the structural defect resulting from the insufficient construction of the structural engineer during the existing construction. In addition, the stable sheet metal quality minimizes problems during construction.

 

7.      Organizing time and space and shortening the construction period: Since the release film can be removed and the self-adhesive all-in-one rubber sheet can be easily installed on the floor, the work is simple and the construction period can be shortened.
